Hand-crafted apartment homes in three towers on 3.77 acres of land, located off 100 feet road JP Nagar, in the heart of South Bangalore’s charming residential hub, close to Ranga Shankara, Lalbagh, and several schools, IT Parks, authentic restaurants and shopping malls.
Our signature circular towers in exposed brick stand on either side, housing 4 C25 single level 3 bedroom apartment homes on each floor, with a linear tower between them, which houses 2 T35 single level 4 bedroom apartments on each floor, with 2 duplex penthouse apartments on the top floor, all in our very special Blue specification includes centralised VRV air conditioning system, kitchen cabinetry with dishwasher, hob and chimney, beds, wardrobes. Each of these homes is also available in our Purple or Green specifications.

We have 202 homes across 3 towers in this project. The towers will be Ground+20 floors in height, upon completion. The 2 circular towers on either side comprise 80 three-bedroom apartments. The central tower comprises 40 four-bedroom apartments and 2 penthouses.
